1. Cover base of card with patterned paper.
2. Cut plain cardstock to 4.5x3.5. Emboss cardstock (cuttlebug, sizzix, embossing templates, etc.). Substitute plain cardstock for textured and embossed cardstock.
3. Tie ribbon around cardstock. Adhere cardstock to the top of the patterned paper card. Adhere snowflake sticker and attach small sentiment.
