1. Cut pattern papers as shown to fit the front of a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card, including scalloping the edge of yellow polka dot paper for the bottom edge. Adhere and stitch if desired.
2. Layer snowflakes. Attach a large gem brad through puffy star and adhere on top of the others.
3. Adhere, "Let it Snow" sticker across the bottom and add silver flowers. Adhere to front of pre-folded card.
