1. Lightly draw swirls on the card base with a pencil. Using a sharp needle punch, or a thread remover like used here, punch holes along the lines for your stitching.
2. Here I used a pearle cotton #8 and backstitched through all the holes to make my stitches.
3. Punch out a circle from pattern paper and attach pop dots behind it before attaching to card.
4. Use the rubon letters to create the sentiment on the mini tag and attach to the flower.
5. Tie a button to the center of flower with floss and attach the flower to the punched out circle pattern paper piece.
