I'm happy to share with you our 2016 Valentine Kit! It's full of some special colors this year, one being grey. I am loving grey as my new favorite neutral color. Seems like it matches everything! Many times I've had it all planned out in my head and then it doesn't come to frution the way I had imagined. Our Valentine Kit reveal is just around the corner. The designers are hard at work with their kits and will be showing you their awesome designs very soon. Holiday 2014 Kit

The day is finally here! Our coveted Holiday Kit, Christmas Cheer, is ready for viewing and looking forward to being in YOUR hands. Just take a look at all the awesome goodies you get in this kit! WOW! I especially love that little gingerbread man with 10 YARDS of bakers twine wrapped around his body. He can even be used as a template for an element on your card or make it the card itself. So many possibilities. I just couldn't resist his cuteness. ;)

Guest Designer Kristen Swain

1. Tell us a little about yourself. I'm Kristen Swain, I've been scrapbooking for over 17 years now. I have always been crafty and loved the idea of incorporating crafting into paper crafts. I worked on and off for the last 16 years for various companies and was published hundreds of times.  About a year ago I decided that I needed to work for myself, so I created a website with my friend and partner Tammy. Now I create crafts of all sorts, including recipes and have such a wonderful time doing it.

2. Where do you find your inspiration? I find inspiration in colors, in patterns and sometimes in print ads. 

3. What is your favorite dessert? My favorite dessert is cake, I love that it can be made in a lot of varieties but, be so good!

4. If  you could do anything without consequences, what would it be? That's a big one! Whoa! I guess it would be something along the lines of end world hunger, get rid of the despots who take donations from wealthier countries and keep it for themselves, instead of passing those supplies on to the needy. 

5. Three words that best describe your personality. Sarcastic, loyal and introvert

Fall 2014 Kit

Fall is coming and I simply can.not.wait! I love the crisp air in the mornings and the warm sunshine in the afternoons. Our kit this month is Abundance....overflowing with fullness!! How many of you have received a kit and once you opened it thought, "Wow!! This kit is so packed!"?? I'm sure all of you have and that's just what this kit is!! Please take a moment to look in the Fall Designer Gallery for an abundance of inspiration. Also, the designers took the sketch and everyone made a completely different card. (Funny how that works out huh?)

I've received a lot of inquiries about our new shipping method. Due to rising costs of shipping first class, we decided to try shipping our kits in a padded envelope to keep our rates at the $4 price. I'm confident that the kits arrive to you in great condition! If you would prefer your kit shipped in a box (at $4.50), please let me know by including a note when you purchase your kit.

Fall Kit - Sneak Peek #5

Welcome to the last day of peeks before the big reveal on Monday! I am so excited to share not 1, not 2 but 3 peeks with you all today. I just couldn't resist! 

Here are two from our wonderful DT Member Heather. I love the paper flowers on her card and eyelets...yes, I never get tired of them. I love using them on tags.

This week just seems to be flying by, right?! Sonda's been a busy little bee not only putting together this amazing fall kit but also working two jobs. She's a go getter...that Sonda of ours.

Summer 2014 Kit

Hi crafty cardmakers! It's summer and time for our coveted Summer Kit, Ariana! This kit is filled with all kinds of gold and it's only appropriate to name it for a golden life. :)

May 2014 Kit

Good Evening Cardmaking Friends! It's time to reveal our May Kit! I am really excited to tell you all about the fun stuff we have coming up with this kit! So let's get started!!......

Devoted is just that! Devoted to all of our Mom's (and friends). And just because this kit has a "mother's day" theme, doesn't mean you can't use it for anytime of the year, including birthdays, thank yous, love you, or just because. The awesome sticker sentiments by SRM Stickers are perfect!

Take a look at what our amazing designers have come up with for this kit! Lots of birdies to tweet tweet tweet your creative time away. :) Our guest designer is Karen Zabuska!! She was the winner of our challenge last spring using the trade cards and March 2013 Kit. Remember that?? Congratulations Karen!! :) She has generously supported CupCards to go and we are so happy to have her work in our gallery this month. Take a look at what she and the other designers created in the May Designer Gallery. Our SMT has a very fun challenge coming up for the month of May, too, so make sure to participate in that. Spring is here!

Limited Edition Kit 2014-Oh Baby

Product Spotlight - Teeny Tiny Alphas

Good Morning Friends!!!  Kristii here with a Product Spotlight from the beautiful CupCards to Go Admirer Valentine Kit.  Today I thought it would be fun to highlight the sweet little  KaiserCraft teeny tiny alphas that are found in the kit.  The teeny tiny alphas are so cute and sweet and they are as their name desicribes- teeny tiny!!  I absolutely love them!! They are perfect to add a word or two to a pre-printed sentiment as Elizabeth did in her beautiful Valentine card.

I  also used the alphas to add to a pre-printed sentiment and I also layered them onto another element, in this case one of the cute little arrows in the kit.

There are so many possibilities for these sweet little alphas and I can't wait to see what you create with them. Please post your creations to our Flickr or our Facebook fan page as I am looking forward to featuring some of your awesome work on the CupCards to Go Blog!!

Fall 2013 Kit

Welcome to Fall!! Our kit this month is WHAT A HOOT! I couldn't resist calling it that...after all...just look at that sweet owl! :)  It's jam packed full of Thankfulness! I encourage you to create some beautiful cards and give them to those you are most thankful for. Imagine the smile on their faces!!! The designers have a wonderful gallery to show you as well as a very simple sketch to follow. Our guest designer, Teri Anderson, will be back later in the month to show you a step-by-step card she made that you can easily make, too! How cool is that!?
