1. Cut 9 - 1x6 inch strips out of 2 different patterned papers. Cut 2.5x5.5 inch piece of patterned paper. Adhere to the top of card base.
2. - Fold & adhere the 1x6 inch strips as shown to card base. Cut 1 - 1x5.5 inch strip from another piece of patterned paper. Adhere to seam between folded strips. Zig-zag stitching is optional.
Step 3 - Tie sheer blue ribbon as shown. Adhere flower stickers. Add bling and button to center of flower stickers.
Step 4 - Add sentiment and punched butterflies.
