Step 1. Adhere blocks of pattern papers onto cardstock and machine stitch.
Step 2. Fold the crepe paper in half and attach to card in back. Then carefully tie a piece of crape paper, ribbon and cord around the crape paper.
Step 3. Layer the different flowers on top of each other and attach to the middle of the ribbon ties. Apply rubon to a small piece of cardstock, ink edges and adhere to card with pop dots.
