1. Cut a piece of cardstock slightly smaller than 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, emboss with Swiss Dots and lightly distress the edges. Machine stitch a piece of red polka-dot paper to the embossed cardstock.
2. Cut two smaller pieces of patterned paper and scallop edge the tops and machine stitch down.
3. Wrap a piece of ribbon around the card tying it into a bow on the left-hand side. Adhere a rub-on to a scrap piece of cardstock, machine stitch around the edge and adhere to your card.
For the fun part...add a little pin and the keyhole charm to the ribbon and a glittered heart by the sentiment.
4. Adhere pop-dots to the back of your card and adhere the card front to your pre-scored card and "Voila!". :)
