1. Cut patterned paper to 3 1/2" x 4 1/2". Cut cream cardstock to 3 3/4" x 4 3/4". Punch or die cut decorative edge from cream cardstock. Ink all edges.
2. Layer as shown and adhere. 3. Attach lace to the top of the Victorian tag and trim as needed. Adhere to the top of the card. 4. Embellish with rose, ribbon and button. 5. Add sentiment.
